Dr. Lawrence Neville brings over 12 years of healthcare leadership experience being a catalyst for quality, safety, clinical variation, and clinical pathway projects. Most recently, Lawrence held roles as Chief Medical Officer and Patient Safety Officer for two hospitals in southern Washington. Before that, he held the role of VP and Medical Director for an employed physician group.
Through his career, he has had operational performance responsibilities a full suite of outpatient clinics, for medical directors from most specialties, stroke, clinical variation programs, Physician Advisor services, Care Management, Trauma Services, as well as readmission and mortality reduction work.
Dr. Neville possesses a strong grasp of complex business organizations, the role of physicians and nurses, strength of leadership and the interpersonal dynamics essential to their success. He is a servant leader with a proven history mentoring leaders and physicians in operational improvement efforts across the continuum of care.
Key Areas of Expertise: process improvement, physician leadership growth and mentorship, clinical documentation, new program development, and operations management experience among the full continuum of care.
Dr. Neville is a neurologist with Lean Certification, as well as graduate degrees in history and philosophy.
