Kristin has served in a financial management role in healthcare organizations for the past twenty years. Most recently, she served as the Director of Finance supporting urban and rural facilities in a multi-state healthcare system. She is an effective communicator and recognized for her ability to bridge clinical and financial.
Key Areas of Expertise: financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, cost accounting, systems implementations, budgeting, and productivity.
Kristin holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and is licensed in the State of Oregon as a Certified Public Accountant. In addition, she is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association and holds certifications in both LEAN and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
Kristin lives in Eugene with her husband and two children. She enjoys traveling the globe, as well as camping, hiking, and biking across the Pacific Northwest.
